Hello again everybody! After an almost ten hour journey, which started at 2 am, we have now returned home from Turkey. I feel so sad that our vacation has already come to an end and we all have to return to our normal everyday life with work and school. But that’s life, and I just feel very lucky that we have the opportunity to go away on vacation in the first place.
It has been such lovely two weeks with lots of sun (apart from the rainy days in the beginning), cocktails and delicious foods. We spent most days by the beach, but also had a day in the old town of Antalya, Kaleiçi, and a day at TerraCity, which is a really nice shopping mall with a lot of the big brands, so I got a little shopping done – yay!
It feels really weird writing this article and looking at these summer-y pictures while sitting at home in freezing Denmark under a blanket with a hot cup of tea, and imagining that those pictures were me less than 24 hours ago haha… But ah well, everything has to come to an end, and that’s okay. I’m actually a little excited to go back to Copenhagen, friends and school – AND getting back into a normal healthy routine again, after indulging in so much delicious (but not always that healthy) food and a little less exercise.
This time it was my little sister who shot some pictures of me, again on my iPhone, so once again I apologize for the quality. I hope you’ll enjoy it anyway.
The pictures were shot on one of our last nights at the hotel. We went out for some drinks after dinner, so I chose to dress up just a little. I’m wearing a top from H&M in a kinda silky satin fabric. I think the color of the shirt goes so well with the shoes, even though it’s not completely the same color. The shoes are my mom’s, and they’re from a brand called Sixtyseven – I’ve never heard of it before, but they’re some of the most comfortable heels I’ve worn in my life, so I think I’ll have to check the brand out. I paired it with a white denim skirt I bought in Australia (I’ll leave the brand below) and a new pair of Mango sunglasses, which I think are a great alternative to the Céline Audrey sunglasses that I really love.
That’s it for today’s article, have a nice day and I’ll talk to you soon!
